Origin of YUI

The kanji character used in our logo is “結,” which is read as “musubu” and “yui” in Japanese.

“Musubu” means to connect “people to people,” “people to nature,” and “people to objects,” creating relationships.

“Yui” represents the spirit of “connection” that has been cherished in Japanese traditional culture. It embodies the idea of valuing the bonds and connections formed, with the aim of linking people and cultures. It is about Japanese and Vietnamese people trusting, helping, and cooperating with each other to enrich the Vietnamese society together. This sentiment is encapsulated in the name “結.”

Through Japanese gardens, we aim to connect Vietnam and Japan, enriching the hearts and lives of people, and creating a happier society and future.
